1. Acceptance
By accessing or using That SEO Agent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, billing & payments
Paid plans are priced by the number of sites you connect and are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on the cycle you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until canceled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Commet; we never see or store your full card details. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method the plan fee, plus any applicable taxes, on each renewal. Fees are in US dollars and exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. If a renewal payment fails, we (through our payment provider) may retry it and suspend access until it succeeds; if it cannot be collected, the subscription is canceled.
5. 14-day money-back guarantee
Paid plans have no free trial: checkout charges the plan fee and full access begins immediately. Instead, if the Service is not for you, you may request a refund of your first payment by contacting us within 14 days of that payment. We will refund it in full to your original payment method through our payment provider and cancel the subscription. The guarantee covers the first payment on a new subscription only; it does not apply to renewals, to later billing periods, or to a subscription that has already been refunded once.
6. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew after that. Except under the 14-day money-back guarantee in section 5, and except where required by law, payments are non-refundable: cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior period, and we do not prorate refunds for partial periods. Any refund we grant, or that the law requires, is issued through our payment provider to your original payment method. You must cancel an active paid subscription before you can delete your account.
7. Changes to plans & pricing
You can upgrade or downgrade from the billing portal: upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the current period, and downgrades take effect at your next renewal. We may change plan features or fees; changes to recurring fees apply to renewals after we give you reasonable notice, and your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new fee.
8. Your data
You retain ownership of your data. By connecting your Google Search Console or Analytics accounts, you grant us permission to read the data necessary to provide the Service.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
